4. Returns & Exchanges

Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
Returned with all tags and hygiene stickers attached
Tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons

Change-of-mind returns are offered as store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact hello@threeleopold.com within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and clear images of the issue.
